How far out do you book Keystones?
Due to the nature of keynotes, they can be booked based on availability, location, and content requirements. I spend a minimum of 10 hours on research related to the audience and/or community for all keynotes.
Based on your experience, do you ever speak on leadership?
Definitely and it’s one of my favorite topics. Most engagements come thru the technical side of a request but I spend copious amounts of time and energy related to the human and leadership aspect of every project engagement. Without the component, most “technical” projects fail.
Do you have defined formats for workshops and/or retreats?
While I have done countless events of this nature, I am most interested in understanding the audience to determine the desired objectives and outcomes. Format is designed to best fit the event manager requirements ultimately facilitating the most successful results.
How would you describe your event style to event planners?
Highly energetic, fun, enjoyable, engaging, and always full of actionable content. Typically these adjectives don’t often describe technology or cybersecurity related events. I am on a mission to change that with every engagement booked.
